Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Vantage Dashboard plugin (“Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
Vantage Dashboard is licensed, not sold.
Free Version: Granted under the GPLv2 (or later) license.
Vantage Ultimate: Premium features require an active, valid license key. You may not share, resell, distribute, or publicly post your license key. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend licenses for abuse or violation of these terms.
3. API Usage & Third-Party Services
Vantage Dashboard integrates with third-party APIs (including but not limited to Google, Meta, TikTok, OpenAI, and Freemius).
No Guarantee of Uptime: We are not responsible for downtime, API rate limits, changes in third-party terms, or deprecation of third-party services that cause specific features of the Software to degrade or stop working.
Your API Costs: You are solely responsible for any financial costs incurred from utilizing your own API keys (e.g., OpenAI or Google Gemini token usage costs).
4. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the Software will be perfectly error-free, completely secure, or that it will accurately report financial data under all conceivable edge-case circumstances. Under no circumstances shall The Wagenleiter Group Sdn. Bhd. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption—resulting from the use or inability to use the Software. The data and AI-generated insights provided by Vantage are for informational purposes only and do not constitute certified financial, legal, or tax advice.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
All billing, subscriptions, license renewals, and refunds are managed entirely by our authorized merchants of record or marketplace partners (such as Freemius, Envato, or the WooCommerce Marketplace). By purchasing Vantage Ultimate, your transaction and any subsequent refund requests are strictly subject to the respective marketplace’s terms of service and refund policies.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
